Position Overview:

The Corporate Communications Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company's internal and external communication strategies to enhance corporate image, branding, and stakeholder engagement. This role involves overseeing media relations, corporate events, publications, and digital communication platforms. The incumbent will ensure consistent messaging aligned with the company's objectives and values while fostering positive relationships with employees, clients, partners, and the public.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Possess at least a

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree

in related field from a recognized institutions of higher learning. Have a minimum of

five (5) years of working experience

in corporate communications, public relations, or related areas. Demonstrate

strong written and verbal communication skills

in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Preferred Skills:

Excellent communication skills

(verbal & written).

Strong media relations

and networking abilities with press, government agencies, and stakeholders.

Strategic thinking

with ability to plan and execute corporate communication strategies effectively.

Crisis communication management

experience and ability to handle sensitive issues professionally.

Creative content development

for internal and external communications.

Strong presentation and interpersonal skills

with ability to engage all levels of management

Proficiency in digital and social media communications

(LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, website management).

Event management experience

in planning and coordinating corporate events, CSR program, or media briefings.

Brand management

and corporate identity awareness.

Leadership and team management

capabilities, able to guide and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,215.71 - RM11,613.84 per month
