This is a full-time position that requires you to work on-site within the church premises. Request to work from home for limited days per month can be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the work requirements and prevailing organisational policies. You will report to the Office Manager, work with various ministry leaders and be responsible for the design, set up and implementation of Corporate Communications initiatives of the church and its various ministries. Job Scope:
You can expect to exercise your creative talents, team spirit and energetic self in engaging with a wide range of Corporate Communication initiatives that involve the following: 1. Graphic design of corporate publicity collaterals for events / marketing campaigns / social media posts 2. Event coverage and write-ups with accompanying photography /videography 3. Set up of social media and online advertising campaigns, SEO/SEM 4. Website content management 5. Copywriting, editing and publication layout for distribution via multi-media channels Education Qualification & Work Experience
1. Diploma in Mass Communication, IT, Media & Design or equivalent 2. Proficiency in technology tools and software to aid the creation of multi-media contents, such as:
A. Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / Premiere Pro or similar softwares
B. Microsoft Word / Excel / Powerpoint or similar softwares
C. Preferable : Canva / MailChimp / Wordpress / WixD. Facebook / Instagram 3. Basic proficiency in conversational and written Mandarin would be advantageous.
