As a Corporate Company Secretarial Executive at Setia Awan Holdings Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative and secretarial support to the senior management team. This full-time role is based in Seri Manjung, Perak and will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of the business.
Job Responsibilities :
Assist the Company Secretary in managing statutory compliance and corporate governance matters for the companies
Liaise with Companies Commission of Malaysia, auditors, tax agents and other stakeholders when required
Coordinate and support Board meetings and other meetings where necessary; and minute-taking
Draft board resolutions, minutes of meetings, notices, and other statutory documents
To ensure proper maintenance of all secretarial documents
To perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned or needed and any other administrative tasks
Undertake continuous professional development and stay up-to-date with legal and governance developments
Able to maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of Management and staff
Job Requirements :
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Law or related field with knowledge of Company Act 2016 and Main Market Listing Requirements
At least 2-3 years relevant working experience in company secretarial environment
Good inter-personal, communication skills, verbal and writing abilities
Willing to learn and accept challenges
Minimum required language(s): English and Malay or any 3rd language
Able to multitask and meet deadlines under minimal supervision
Preferably pursuing or a member of MAICSA, Licensed Secretary
Ability and willingness to take on duties outside job specification
Willing to work in Seri Manjung Perak, Perak
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
