:
Oversee compliance of legal entities with applicable laws and regulations across various jurisdictions;
Maintain and organize legal documentation, including by-laws, contracts, minutes of meetings, and other relevant legal documents;
Draft and revise documents relating to legal entities;
Coordinate the work of local law firms and corporate service providers in various jurisdictions;
Carry out research in the business unit's specialist field;
Carry out administrative and legal tasks assigned by the manager.
Preferences:
University degree;
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience;
Excellent command of written and spoken English; good command of Chinese (Mandarin);
Good analysis skills: ability to interpret applicable laws, regulations and case law;
Proactive, curious, rigorous, detail-oriented, professional and organized (deadlines and priority management);
Good oral communication skills;
Sense of service and team spirit.
