Company Profile We are representing an independent corporate finance house that provides solutions and services to a myriad of international and local clients across all industries in mergers and acquisitions, fundraising (debt and equity), restructurings, strategic corporate alliances and other financial related corporate exercises. Perform a lead advisory role in executing cross-border transactions - with direct hands-on experience in structuring acquisitions, joint ventures, divestments and capital raising. Designing and conducting market research, including primary and secondary research, in respond to client needs. Working with directors / senior management to develop proposals Organize and plan various M&A business set up and coordinate with various departments. Monitor complex transactions and perform appropriate negotiations. Analyze various mergers and acquisitions by organization identify issues and assist in appropriate resolution. Job Requirement Degree and/or professional qualification in finance / accounting / economics / engineering / CFA 10 years of relevant experience from an investment bank or accounting / consulting firm. Strong analytical skills, i.e. transaction structuring, financial modelling / valuation, financial statement review, synergies analyses, etc. Experienced in the area of mergers and acquisitions, listing, securities issues and corporate finance transactions. Good knowledge of the capital markets, securities law and guidelines issued by the relevant authorities. To source and manage deal independently.
