Job Description
Key Responsibilities: - Conducting financial analysis and modeling to support business decision - Candidates with prior experience in audit and/or corporate finance are highly encouraged to apply - Identifying and assessing potential value creations, mergers, and acquisitions - Analysing market trends and competitive landscape - Supporting the development and execution of corporate strategy - Identifying and engaging with potential investors - Preparing and presenting pitch materials,negotiating and closing funding deals - Supporting the Company in achieving its milestones and in making strategic decisions - Performing ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the senior management or the board of directors
