Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Executive / Executive Corporate Finance who can support financial planning, investment evaluation, and project financing. This role is perfect for someone who is analytical, hands-on, and eager to make a meaningful impact in a fastgrowing company.
Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning, investment evaluation, and growth initiatives.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis, including profitability, cash flow, and risk assessments.
• Support capital raising activities, including debt and equity financing.
• Assist in mergers, acquisitions, and divestiture transactions through financial due diligence and valuation analysis (as applicable).
• Monitor and report on financial performance against budgets, forecasts, and strategic targets.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate financial implications of business decisions.
• Prepare financial and investment reports for management, Board, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal standards.
• Support treasury functions, including cash flow management, liquidity planning, and banking relationships.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of corporate finance experience, preferably in fast-growing companies or dynamic environments.
• Professional qualifications (CFA, CPA, ACCA) are a plus.
• Strong analytical, financial modelling, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of project finance, investment evaluation, and financial statements.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with hands-on execution and making an impact in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to attend occasional crosstime zone meetings as needed.
