This role is perfect for someone who is self-motivated, possesses excellent interpersonal skills, and thrives in a challenging work environment.As a Corporate Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating financials and undertaking comprehensive research on various proposals. You will be responsible for preparing detailed schemes, presentation papers, announcements or circulars related to these proposals. Ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines and laws will be a key part of your role. You will also review various materials such as legal documents, reports, submissions and documents for shareholders and public investors. Your ability to adapt and take on new responsibilities as assigned by management will be crucial for success in this role.

• Evaluate financials as well as qualitative and quantitative aspects of proposals
• Undertake research and feasibility studies on proposals
• Prepare schemes, presentation papers, announcements or circulars on the proposals
• Ensure the proposals comply with all relevant guidelines and laws as well as disclosure requirements of the relevant regulatory authorities both local and overseas
• Review presentation materials, legal documents, reports, submissions, documents to shareholders and public investors
• Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management

What you bring:The ideal candidate for the Corporate Finance Manager position will bring a wealth of knowledge and experience in corporate finance transactions or audit. You should hold a degree in Accountancy/Finance/Economics or an equivalent professional qualification such as ACCA/MICPA/CPA. A deep understanding of capital markets, securities law and guidelines issued by relevant authorities is essential. Your strong writing and research skills will be put to good use in this role. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must, as well as the ability to adapt in a challenging work environment. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is also required.

• Degree in Accountancy/Finance/Economics or professional qualification ACCA/ MICPA/ CPA or equivalent
• At least 3-5 years of working experience in handling corporate finance transactions or audit experience
• Knowledge of the capital markets, securities law and guidelines issued by the relevant authorities
• Possess good writing and research skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated and highly adaptive in challenging working environment
• Good command of written and spoken English/Bahasa Malaysia
