Our client, an MNC, is a highly respected international legal & compliance solutions provider, operating across 8 countries - is expanding its specialised legal entity management team and is looking for a Corporate Governance Specialist to join their growing hub in Malaysia.
If you enjoy working across borders, managing complex legal entities and acting as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders - this role might be your next step.
What You'll Be Doing * Oversee compliance of legal entities with applicable laws and regulations across various jurisdictions;

• Maintain and organize legal documentation, including by-laws, contracts, minutes of meetings, and other relevant legal documents;
• Draft and revise documents relating to legal entities;
• Coordinate the work of local law firms and corporate service providers in various jurisdictions;
• Carry out research in the business unit's specialist field;
• Carry out administrative and legal tasks assigned by the manager.

What We're Looking For * University degree;

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience;
• Excellent command of written and spoken English; good command of Chinese (Mandarin);
• Good analysis skills: ability to interpret applicable laws, regulations and case law;
• Proactive, curious, rigorous, detail-oriented, professional and organized (deadlines and priority management);
• Good oral communication skills;
• Sense of service and team spirit.
