About the Company

This is an exciting opportunity to work with an MNC Public Listed Company to be based in Petaling Jaya. The client is from the Semiconductor/Manufacturing industry with presence across Malaysia, Philippines and China.

Overseeing the Legal and risk matters for the Group. You will be responsible for rendering support, expertise, and advice on various legal, regulatory, compliance, operational, contractual, and corporate legal matters to ensure the continued success of the company. The incumbent must be able to work independently, effectively, and in a fast-paced environment in line with the development in terms of business directions and objectives of the company.

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive and lead the full spectrum of HR matters including performance management, compensation and benefits, staff welfare and payroll aligned with Group objectives.
  • Review and enhance HR standard operating procedures (SOP), KPI setting and employee performance assessment systems, compensation and benefits policies, HR policies and procedures across the Group, Include adherence and compliance to Corporate Governance and ESG requirements.
  • Liaise and coordinate with HR of each Business Units across the group, execute and ensure implementation of HR policies and procedures across the Group effectively and efficiently including analysis and reporting.
  • Prepare Monthly HR Report and analysis, and any other report & update organizational chart.
  • Handle all expatriate documentation and ensure timely renewal of employment contract and pass.
  • Perform supporting role for administrative duties for Group CFO office.
  • Maintain systematic and traceable filing system and safekeeping of documents and records.
  • Manage and apply/renew all required office permits/licenses from relevant authorities.
  • Responsible and assist in ensuring well-maintained office facilities and administration systems set up, functioning efficiently to support the smooth running of day-to-day operations of the corporate office.
  • To check and verify the invoices relates to office administration expenditures before submitting for payment processing.
  • Adhere to the confidentiality of the subject handled.
  • Undertake any ad-hoc task assigned from time to time by the superior.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess bachelors degree, preferably in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 years working experience in full spectrum in human resource management as a HR practitioner.
  • Hands-on knowledge of local employment rules and regulations.
  • Excellent and ability to communicate in both spoken and written forms in English. Possess outstanding interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin (speak, read, and write) with our Business Unit in China.
  • Meticulous attention to detail. Possess a strong sense of responsibility, integrity, proactiveness, and result oriented.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make judgments and propose solutions in a quality and timely manner and capability to drive for gaps closure.
  • Excellent skills in report presentation, interpersonal communication, and sound data analytical skills.
  • Demonstrate high-level commitment, able to work in a fast-paced environment, sense of urgency, and ability to complete tasks within a tight timeline.
Remuneration:

RM 9,500 - RM 10,000
