Why does this job exist and why is it critical?\xe2\x80\x8bTo assist in achieving GA Targets assigned by supporting Account Managers and handle customer enquiries for mobile products.What are you accountable for?
  • To assist in achieving GA Targets assigned by supporting Account Managers and handle customer enquiries for mobile products
  • Mobile Subject Matter Expert : hyping up device launches, insights and information while simultaneously being a subject matter expert for devices and mobile promotions for Corporate segment
  • To assist in all mobile product related activities across all Corporate verticals and clusters
  • To assist on requirements, tenders, ad-hoc basis, presales/customer engagement support
  • To be the influencer and specialist in all Mobile related products and offerings specifically for Corporate segment
  • The go-to-person when it comes to mobile related requirements coming from all Corporate Account Managers
  • To recommend solution and highlight to the immediate supervisor on competitive mobile related requirements.
  • To establish and execute on-ground customer engagements as determined by the immediate supervisor on a periodic basis
  • To proactively understand targeted customer pain-points, value propositions required and any other feedback required to improve overall mobile offerings
  • To participate in alignment meetings with relevant internal stakeholder and all internal forums if required
  • To take ownership of the mobiles related operations specifically for digital channels (ecommerce & microsite updates, improvements required, lead escalation and management)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Result driven and passionate individual who eager to help customer by providing solutions based on customer needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Tertiary education in business administration, sales or relevant field
