Ensure all regulatory requirements are met, and transactions are completed successfully.
2)Regulatory Compliance: Advise clients on compliance with the Securities Commission Malaysia\'s regulations, Bursa Malaysia requirements, and other relevant laws. Stay updated on the latest legal developments in the capital markets space.
Mentorship & Development: Mentor junior lawyers, fostering their professional growth and ensuring the team delivers high-quality legal services.
3) Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including multinational corporations, financial institutions, and public listed companies. Provide expert legal advice on complex capital market transactions.RequirementsKey Qualifications:1)Minimum of 10 years PQE with substantial experience in capital markets law. Proven track record of handling high-profile capital market transactions in Malaysia.
2) Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from a recognized university. Admission to the Malaysian Bar or equivalent qualification.
3)Excellent client-facing and communication skills. Deep understanding of Malaysian capital markets regulations.
