REQUIREMENT 1. Intelligent, practical, resourceful and ambitious 2. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision 3. Degree in accounting/economics/finance/business/law or related disciplines 4. Good communication and interpersonal skills 5. Fresh graduates and candidates with about 1 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the accounting or audit field are encouraged to apply 6. Experience in Receiverships and Liquidations would be a distinct advantage. JOB REQUIREMENTS 1. Preferably a degree or professional qualification in Accounting/Business Studies or equivalent. 2. Good written and communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin /Chinese dialects will be an added advantage. 3. Able to interpret and analyze financial statement. 4. Possess interpersonal, communication skill, analytical ability, quantitative and presentation skills. 5. Able to work well independently and in team without close supervision 6. Able to multi-task, work under pressure with attention to detail, solving problems, demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in the workplace. 7. Possess own transport (if possible) and willing to travel outstation on job assignments. JOB RESPONSIBILITES 1. Assist in various corporate recovery and insolvency assignments, in various industries. 2. Able to handle and follow up with Banks and Local Authorities such as Employees Provident Fund (EPF), Social Security Organization (SOCSO), Unclaimed Money, Inland Revenue Board (IRB) and etc. 3. Involved with day to day operational and progress report submission. 4. Prepare consolidated income and expenses account and final report for submission to Lawyers to dissolve a Company. 5. Maintain the cashbook, update monthly Bank statement and Bank Reconciliation.
