Internship Role: Corporate Telesales

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated interns to join our telesales team. This role is an excellent opportunity for Diploma students who want to gain hands-on experience in sales, communication, and corporate training industries.

Responsibilities:

Assist Telesales team in promoting corporate training programs to potential clients. Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce company services. Support in building and maintaining customer databases. Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to clients. Assist in preparing sales reports and administrative tasks. Participate in team meetings, training, and brainstorming sessions.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a

Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resource, Law Enforcement or related field

. Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both verbal & written). Confident, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. Able to work independently as well as in a team. Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, internet research).
