Corporate Secretarial Assistant (george Town)

Job Description


  • Assist in managing a portfolio of corporate secretarial clients.
  • Preparation of directors' and shareholders' minutes and resolutions
  • Incorporation of companies
  • Lodgement of returns and documents with the Companies Commission of Malaysia and other regulatory bodies
  • Maintaining and updating statutory registers
  • Assist with day-to-day filing and other administrative tasks.
Requirements:
  • CGI (ICSA) qualification, CGIgrad (ICSAgrad) graduate, currently pursuing CGQP (ICSA) programme or any related degree or fresh graduate
  • Familiar with Companies Act 2016.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Willingness to learn, good attitude with commitment to confidentiality and integrity.
