KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle company secretarial matters for Singapore
jurisdictions-
- Prepare Circular Resolutions, AGM/EGM minutes, Annual
Returns, statutory filings
- Maintain and organize statutory records and registers
- File documents with ACRA on time
- Assist with KYC and due diligence
- Support accounting team administratively when needed
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Candidates with knowledge of Malaysian corporate
secretarial practices are also welcome
- Provide administrative support to the accounting team when
needed.
- Handle ad-hoc duties as required to support business
operations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years of relevant company secretarial experience,
preferably in the accounting industry.
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Law,
Accountancy, or an equivalent professional qualification
(including partial ICSA qualification).
- MAICSA qualification, SAICSA membership, or Licensed ACRA
Filing Agent is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Companies Act and ACRA
requirements
- Proficient in English (Mandarin is an advantage)
- Organized, detail-oriented, proactive
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
