Job Title: Corporate Secretary (ComSec) Associate
Location: Petaling Jaya, Malaysia (Hybrid)

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Corporate Secretary (ComSec) Associate with 1to 2 years of relevant experience to join our client's well-established, Hong Kong-based corporate services group, which has been supporting businesses for over three decades. The role involves supporting the company secretarial needs of our Hong Kong clients, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have exposure to Hong Kong corporate practices and a good understanding of corporate governance.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with company incorporation and maintenance for Hong Kong clients.
• Prepare and file statutory returns, resolutions, and other compliance documents.
• Maintain statutory records and registers for clients.
• Liaise with regulators and government authorities as required.
• Support internal and client-facing documentation in both English and Chinese.
• Provide general administrative support to the corporate secretarial team.

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in corporate secretarial, accounting, or related roles.
• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business, Law, or related field preferred.
• Prior exposure to Hong Kong corporate secretarial practices is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) and English; able to read and write Chinese.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment.

Salary
Offered the salary range from RM3,500 to RM6,000 per month
