The Corporate Strategy Executive will play a key role in defining and executing the Group's long-term strategic initiatives. This role involves analyzing market trends, evaluating business opportunities, and developing strategic plans that align with the Group's goals. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive business growth and ensure the organization remains competitive in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Planning: Assist in developing new business plan for the Group.
2. Financial Analysis: Assist in monitoring the financial performance for the Group.
3. Key Liaison: Act as the primary liaison between Holding Company, Group and Subsidiaries.
4. Reports: Assist in preparing, reports (EXCO Paper/Board Paper /Executive summary), presentations for the Group.
5. OKR Tracking: Assist in establishing and managing performance goals by defining and setting OKRs to promote business growth and drive cross-functioning alignment and goal setting.
6. Market Expansion and Growth: Assist in developing and executing strategic plans for market expansion for the group.
7. Risk Assessment: Assist to prepare, review and update risk assessment quarterly with the assistance from relevant department.
