We're Hiring: Corporate Strategy Manager (experienced in supporting M&A)

• We are seeking a strategic and experienced Corporate Strategy Manager to support the organisation's strategic initiatives by driving business process improvements, assisting with mergers and acquisitions (M&A) support and coordinating cross-functional business transformation efforts.
• This role requires a strong understanding of business strategy, operational efficiency and change management to contribute to sustainable growth and innovation - with a strong background in mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
• The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of corporate strategy, market analysis, and deal structuring to drive our growth initiatives effectively.

Location: Kuching, Malaysia
Work Mode: Work From Office
What You'll Do:

• Lead the identification and evaluation of potential M&A opportunities.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integration strategies post-acquisition.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership for strategic planning.
• Monitor industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare detailed financial models and valuation analyses for potential deals.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate strategy or M&A roles.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects from conception to execution.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
