To assist in training programs sourcing, help to develop training materials and maintain employees\xe2\x80\x99 training records.
To administer and coordinate various in-house and external training programs and activities for all level of staff.
To compile Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and development plan for all level of staff.
To conduct and monitor new employees\xe2\x80\x99 induction program.
To plan and organize various talent development projects and activities.
To carry out and maintain training and development operations and records.
To monitor and administer Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF).
To perform any duty duly assigned by the management from time to time.
Job Requirements
Possess a recognised Bachelor Degree in any discipline.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with collaboration abilities.
Must be able to work with cross-functional teams.
Candidate must be willing to travel.
Years of relevant experience: minimum 2 years in corporate training.
