Key Responsibilities
1.
Sales Execution
Present, promote, and sell products/services to current and prospective clients.
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis to tailor solutions for client needs.
Collaborate with clients to identify their needs and ensure a smooth sales process.
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and deadlines (minimum 3 client visits per day).
Seek out new sales leads through business directories, referrals, and other methods.
Support team efforts by achieving related sales objectives.

Client Relationship Management & Customer Service
Maintain and develop strong, positive relationships with clients.
Plan daily work schedules to service existing accounts and establish new ones.
Conduct cold calls to potential clients to expand customer base.
Resolve client issues promptly and professionally, providing actionable solutions.
Gather and implement feedback to improve client satisfaction and service quality.

Reporting & Insights
Analyze current and potential client data to direct sales strategies.
Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports detailing sales activity and outcomes.
Keep management informed of market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
4.
Administrative & Strategic Support
Customize sales presentations based on target audience.
Stay informed on marketplace trends including pricing, product offerings, and client expectations.
Follow standard operating procedures to submit job orders accurately.
Recommend improvements based on data and market intelligence.
5.
Professional Development & Teamwork
Stay up-to-date on industry trends by attending relevant workshops, trainings, and seminars.
Collaborate with colleagues across departments to enhance overall sales effectiveness.
Undertake any ad-hoc tasks or projects assigned by the Head of Department or Management.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven work experience in sales or a related field is preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
