What You'll Do

Develop and execute client strategies that strengthen partnerships and drive measurable results Oversee the implementation and delivery of corporate wellness programs across multiple clients Build trusted, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers Use data and insights to analyze performance, generate reports, and identify opportunities for improvement Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional client experiences

What We're Looking For

Minimum 5 years' experience in

client strategy, consulting, healthcare, or program management

Strategic thinker with strong execution and problem-solving skills Proven leadership in managing teams and complex client portfolios Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills Passion for wellness, technology, and creating meaningful workplace health impact
