• Candidates responsible to liaise with clients and various government bodies on correspondences, preparing status report and other types of works assigned by the firm from time to time.
• To handle litigation matters including contentious and non-contentious matters.
• To attend case managements, hearings and trials and preparing and drafting cause papers.
• Always ensure that there is a high-level of confidentiality in the affairs of the Firm.
• Handling clients including providing and preparing legal opinion related to litigation matters.

• Preparing, drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate governance documents and ensure that all legal documents comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Handling client including providing and preparing legal opinion related to corporate matters.
• Attending corporate retainer clients on corporate matters.
• Conducting due diligence\xe2\x80\x93 assist in due diligence processes for corporate transactions.
• Conduct legal research on various issues relevant to corporate law, including statutes, regulations, and case law.
• Analyze and synthesize legal information to provide clear and concise summaries for use by managing partners and clients.

• Minimum 2 years\' experience in litigation matters.
• able to work under minimal supervision and independently under a tight deadline to complete the job assigned.
• Strong coordination and interpersonal skill.
• self-motivated and meticulous with a positive attitude, a committed team player who is responsible and reliable.
• Must be proficient in English, BM & Mandarin.
