Responsibilities :
Provide professional consultation and advice on skincare, makeup, and cosmetic products to customers.
Demonstrate product usage and application techniques effectively.
Achieve monthly sales targets through excellent product knowledge and customer engagement.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.
Maintain a clean and attractive display of cosmetic counters or shelves.
Update product knowledge regularly and attend company training sessions.
Handle customer feedback or inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
Support the team in promotions, events, and new product launches.
Requirements :
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification; diploma in beauty or related field is an advantage.
Passionate about beauty, skincare, and cosmetics.
Pleasant personality with good communication and customer service skills.
Experience in beauty or retail industry is an added advantage (fresh graduates are welcome).
Able to work as soon as posibble
