We are seeking a responsible and experienced

Cosmetic Factory Supervisor

to oversee daily operations in our cosmetic manufacturing facility. This role ensures production runs efficiently, meets quality standards, and complies with safety and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on the factory floor Ensure manufacturing processes comply with GMP and company standards Monitor staff performance, assign tasks, and manage shift schedules Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet required specifications Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area Ensure proper usage and maintenance of machinery and equipment Train and guide new and existing production workers Maintain accurate production records and reports Enforce health, safety, and hygiene practices at all times

Requirements:

Certificate/Diploma in Manufacturing or related field Minimum 2 years experience in cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or FMCG manufacturing Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Familiarity with GMP, SOPs, and quality control standards Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
