• A Product Trainer is responsible for providing training to employees or customers on how to use a particular product effectively.
• Previous experience in cosmetics and beauty is preferred.

Tanggungjawab

• Conduct training sessions: Organize and conduct training sessions for employees or customers to educate them on how to use the product. These sessions may be conducted in person or virtually.
• Assess training needs: Identify the customers\' training needs and create training programs accordingly. This may involve conducting surveys or assessments to determine the knowledge gaps.
• Provide support: Offer ongoing support and coaching to employees or customers to help them ineffectively implement what they learned in the training sessions
• Stay up-to-date: Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and product developments, and update training materials and sessions accordingly.
• Collaborate with the Product team: Work closely with the Product team to understand the product\'s features, benefits, and target audience. This collaboration can help to ensure that the training materials and sessions align with the product\'s goals and objectives.
• Measure the effectiveness of training: Evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs and materials by gathering feedback from employees or customers and making changes as needed.
