Cost Accountant
Job Description
Company overview Our client is an established MNC that is a strong player in the Semiconductor industry. In line with their business expansion, they are looking to bring on board a Business Analytics & Reporting professional to join their finance team in Penang. The new role Reporting to the Manager, you will be in charge of monthly accounts analysis, including expense/accruals variance analysis, actual vs forecasts, and provide solutions for cost control, where you will work closely with stakeholders from other departments. You will also involved in yearly and quarterly budgeting & forecasting exercises, as well as preparation of management reporting, support accounting treatment and operational control processes. There will be opportunities for regional exposure. Requirements to succeed
- You are a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree holder in Accounting / Finance or professional qualification.
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of working experience in finance or reporting and analytics environment.
- Experienced in SAP, Macro, Power BI/Power Query system is an added advantage. You should also possess strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ideally, you are people oriented and team player, positive and proactive, willing to learn and with good communication skills, detailed oriented and analytical.
Contract length: 12 months Salary: From RM4,000.00 per month Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Bayan Lepas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
