There are looking for talent to join their long-standing Global Shared Service Centre at Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

There are looking for talent to join their long-standing Global Shared Service Centre at Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for performing the accounting processes for their respective countries
• Assist in month-end closing and prepare journal entries
• Ensure financial accounting in revenue and costing is completed
• Identify, record and conduct analysis of all costs
• Maintain accurate costing systems in relation to labor and production methods
• Analyze the P&L and balance sheet accounts of the main cost drivers of the business
• Prepare Mass allocation and site allocation
• Regular engagement with country teams and shared services
• Manage updates and maintenance of the period end and year end closing schedules
• Manages cash flow, working capital requirements and bank relationships
• Perform review and reconciliation of the balance sheet and bank accounts periodically
• Support the continuous improvement agenda

Candidate Profile:

• Qualified / part qualified accountant
• Experience of performing accounting in a logistics or similar industry
• Strong knowledge of financial compliance and reporting requirements of IFRS and local GAAPs
• Experience of using Oracle Cloud
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
