Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Handle
full set of accounts,
including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and Bank Reconciliation. Preparemonthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports
in accordance with accounting standards. Manageinvoicing, billing, and payment processing
for suppliers and customers. Monitorcash flow, petty cash, and bank transactions
. Assist inbudget preparation, cost control, and variance analysis
. Ensuretimely submission of tax filings (SST, PCB, EPF, SOCSO, EIS)
. Liaise withauditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies
. Maintain properdocumentation and filing of financial records
. Support management in anyad-hoc financial analysis or projects
.Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in
Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
. At least2-3 years of accounting experience
(manufacturing industry is an advantage). Knowledge ofSST, and Malaysia tax regulations
. Proficient inaccounting software
(e.g., SQL Accounting, AutoCount, or similar) and MS Excel. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
