Purpose Statement

Responsible for maintaining and managing the Plant Product Costing process and controls of plant inventory. Provides decision support services to manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development and maintenance of standard cost system at plant operation ensuring compliance with Corp Guidelines and GAP.
• Monitor Inventory cycle count, inventory risk and ensure the sound customize of plant inventory by the owners.
• Builds controls to ensure the accuracy of product costing and inventory reporting including implement procedures and policy, compliance to company quality system and corporate Accounting processes
• Assist the functions in planning, organizing and developing the annual and quarterly operations budget.
• Prepare and analyze monthly manufacturing variance and standard cost results at the plant level.
• Provide on-going support to Operations in such areas as "actual v budget" analysis, and Operational accounting.
• Project team member in the design and implementation of Operations cost and process improvements.
• Support the monthly, quarterly and yearly financial close.
• Supports quarterly and annual audits.
• Provide on-going support to the Finance department as required.
• Assists Cost Accounting Manager in special financial analysis/project support.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree holder in Accounting.
• Minimum 3-5 years of working experiences in inventory management, product costing and manufacturing variance analysis
• Able to handle ad-hoc request according to timeline and good problem solving skills.
• Positive mindset, willing to learn and take up new assignment.
