To manage, monitor and report on all aspects of project cost control by ensure projects are completed within the approved budget. This includes cost estimation, budget allocation, expenditure tracking, variance analysis and forecasting.
Analyze project requirements and prepare detailed budget estimations.
Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction teams to ensure accurate cost inputs.
Update and maintain the cost database and benchmark data for future project references.
Monitor project expenditures and ensure alignment with the approved budget.
Develop and maintain cost control systems, including cost coding, tracking tools, and reporting templates.
Analyze cost variances and investigate discrepancies to provide actionable insights.
Prepare regular cost reports (weekly, monthly) with forecasts and key performance indicators (KPIs).
To comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instruction (WI), safety and quality requirement at all times.
