Job Description
The applicant for this role part of an assigned project with a main goal to support the billing operations and ensuring strict financial controls over the budget across each stages of project cycle. Partner with key stakeholders including Finance and Project Operations team in ensuring relevant information are captured to control the project cost structure.
- Supporting the Project Management team by ensuring an efficient cost control and billing management.
- Maintaining project tracker within the internal system.
- Take charge on Intercompany monthly invoicing on a timely manner.
- Raising Purchase Order (PO) for the assigned project.
- Responsible for invoice reconciliation.
- Monitoring invoice retention/ retained amount.
- Fundamental understanding and experience in Accounting and Finance.
- 3 to 4 years of relevant working experience.
- Strong usage of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management.
- 1 Year Contract
