Client Background: A global company - helping on fundraising events, supporting non-profits & agencies. Also operating printing & paper products with offices in USA, Europe, Hong Kong and factories in China. The Cost Executive required to liaise closely with US stakeholders. Industry: Media/Publishing/Printing/ Marketing Location: Glo Damansara Tenure: Permanent role(Mon-Fri) Work Mode : Hybrid(scheduled 2 or 3 days home/office) (Immediate intake/ 1 month notice) Position: Costing Executive (Manufacturing/Hybrid mode) Salary : Attractive salary package + Staff Benefits (Subject to experiences) Responsibilities: Reporting to Costing Manager based at KL, working closely with US team Regular / Occasional call/meeting with US team (Malaysia night time) Follow Hong Kong Public Holidays Able to perform closing of full set accounts Help to analyze manufacturing costs and prepare any related reports Maintain and Computation of costing Proactive analysis of variances the costing movement Compile and analyze product related costing and reporting Help on Forecast P&L with projections of sales and production data, and handle any other ad-hoc assignments according to business needs. Help to compile sales, operation, and cost data for the annual budget process, evaluate and interpret data submitted in generating a profitable budget, and ensure timely submission to the Board of Directors for review. Requirements: 2 years above working experience in the related field is required for this position. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy or equivalent. Computer Literate - Strong Excel skills, ERP systems, etc Strong level of analytical skills, numeracy and costing understanding. Willingness to learn and ability to meet deadlines. Proven communications skills/ presentation skills with internal and external stakeholders. Knowledge or experience in Standard Costing will be an added advantage. Good Interpersonal competencies, attention to details and hands on person. Able to work independently and in the team with minimum supervision Immediate availability is highly preferred.
