Job Description

Responsibilities:

Complete a costing calculation (customer RFQ) within the frame target fix by management. Proactive to seek cost saving opportunity internally and externally. To assist on quotation process and provide quotation in time manner and accuracy. Work closely with team member (Engineering & Sourcing).Getting better understanding with engineer on assembly process flow. Work closely with sourcing to have the BOM cost in time manner and accuracy. Quotation documentation filing for record purpose. Work with logistic department on freight cost calculation. May need to do some quotation analysis if necessary. To maintain the Costing QMS data base from time to time. Ensure the latest data update If Assembly price matrix & BOM cost have changes. To perform other duties or tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Degree holder in relevant field. Minimum 1 year working experiences in costing related field. Good logic analytical skills and possess cost awareness all the times. Good command of spoken and written in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Chinese. Computer literate, knowledge in Excel is an added advantage. Hardworking and able to work under pressure. Must be able to work in a team and independently with minimum supervision. Candidates from Purchasing background with strong strategic buying & sourcing experiences are welcome to apply.
