Job Description
Requirements:
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Min. 8 years' experience in cost control, quantity surveying, or project control (industrial, construction, or data center projects). Experience with international/Asia-Pacific projects. Strong knowledge of cost control principles, techniques & methodologies with proven track record. Skilled in quantity takeoffs, cost estimating, cost analysis & reporting. Good understanding of construction materials, methods & project specs. Proficient in cost software/tools (e.g., CostX, RSMeans, Primavera, Excel). Strong financial analysis & reporting skills. Excellent verbal/written communication; able to work with teams, contractors & clients. Detail-oriented with strong documentation accuracy. Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments. SAP knowledge is an advantage; RICS certification a plus. Willing to be based/relocated in Johor Bahru.
