Costing Officer/Executive

RESPONSIBILITY

\xe2\x97\x8f Meet deadlines for various internal and external management & costing reporting

\xe2\x97\x8f To complete the month end costing steps in QAD for closing

\xe2\x97\x8f To maintain QAD product costing

\xe2\x97\x8f Responsible for inventory variances and making appropriate adjustments

\xe2\x97\x8f To provide analysis for those slow and obsolete stocks and provide NRV

\xe2\x97\x8f Responsible for intercompany transfer pricing

\xe2\x97\x8f Responsible for leading physical stock count and produce stock count results and analysis

\xe2\x97\x8f Responsible for product cost margin analysis on monthly basis

\xe2\x97\x8f Prepare stock reconciliation on monthly basis

\xe2\x97\x8f Responsible for Internal Audit and External Audit on costing analysis and reporting

REQUIREMENT

\xe2\x99\xa6 Strong analytical skills with a good attention to details

\xe2\x99\xa6 Ability to work independently with a maturity in approach

\xe2\x99\xa6 Good communication and interpersonal skills

\xe2\x99\xa6 Require skill in Microsoft Office Excel

\xe2\x99\xa6 Hands on QAD (or other ERP) costing experience is a preferred

\xe2\x99\xa6 Results oriented, possess strong analytical skills, and able to demonstrate sense of initiative with the ability to work with minimal supervision

\xe2\x99\xa6 Possess a team work spirit and demonstrate leadership skill

\xe2\x99\xa6 Possess good attitude, analytical and meticulous

\xe2\x99\xa6 Minimum 2 years relevant experience for costing/ general from a manufacturing plant
