Job Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Contributes to roll-out and Governance of Capital Management\xc2\xb7 Active participation in formulating and prioritizing Capital Investment within Malaysia and Australia entity to ensure alignment with Tyson Global Capital Management strategy\xc2\xb7 Working closely with OPS, Engineering, Procurement and other Support Function department to define and formulating project classification for both Necessity and Profit Improvement. Working on financial benefits in line with vision and mission of the organization is a pre-requisite must achieve\xc2\xb7 Forecasting and Budgeting of Capital Planning Funding monthly quarterly and yearly\xc2\xb7 Updating Anaplan with accurate Capital Planning data enabling better decision making tools\xc2\xb7 Assisting in detailed analysis of Capital Planning needs with Project Engineering team\xc2\xb7 Maintain integrity and accuracy of accounting system\xc2\xb7 Any other duties duly assignedFood Safety Responsibility\xc2\xb7 Follow all policies and procedures on Food Safety, Quality, and GMP\xc2\xb7 Follow company guidelines to ensure food safety and hygiene are being followed\xc2\xb7 Escalate any food safety and quality concerns to your relevant supervisors or QA supervisor\xc2\xb7 Take all reasonable measures to maintain food integrityJob Requirement

• Bachelor\'s degree in accounting
• 5 years of cost accounting experience preferably in the manufacturing/produce business
• 2 years management or supervisory experience
• Thorough knowledge of cost accounting principles, system and procedures
