01) Assessing clients through detailed conversations, interviews and observations to determine the appropriate treatment plan.
02) Provide face to face or online counselling services to internal clients, to improve mental health, performance and attendance.
03) Working with clients to develop goals.
04) Discussing the treatment plan with clients to identify room for improvement.
05) Educating clients about appropriate coping mechanisms to help them through challenging situations.
06) Recording client\'s progress and changing their treatment plan when needed.

Job Requirements

01) Bachelor\'s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Science or equivalent.
02) Registered counsellor with Lembaga Kaunselor Malaysia.
03) Prior internship/volunteering experience as a counselor is favorable.
04) Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written). Ability to converse in Mandarin / Hindi will be an added advantage.
05) Excellent communication skills, pleasant personality and able to interact all levels of people.
06) Aptitude to empathize with clients and help them open up.
07) Manage confidential records of clients.
08) Ability to consider internal and external resources to develop a client treatment plan.
09) Develop effective webinars/ trainings that include counselling/ psychology related topics to promote mental health awareness and to educate employees.
10) Result driven and able to work independently and meet present deadlines.
11) Undertake projects and HR tasks as required.
