One&Only Desaru Coast is seeking a passionate and dedicated Kids Counsellor to join our team based in Desaru, Johor. The position is only open for Malaysian or Permanent Resident:

• Be fully trained and educated in handling children of ages 3-12 ensuring that children are attended to in a correct manner as per resort standards.
• Carry out and assist in games and activities in the Kids Club.
• Be trained in handling children first aid and how to handle incidents, accidents, or other emergencies.
• Be fully trained on Kids Club systems ensuring all children are checked in and checked out of the club as per resort standards, making certain that the system and technology is operating properly.
• To ensure the reception area is prepared, well-kept and organized in an orderly fashion as per resort standards
• Attend to duty on time in the proper uniform well-groomed as scheduled.
• Assist children in meal periods in the designated restaurant as per schedule.
• Have thorough knowledge of all toys, games, and activities available in the Atlantis Kids Club.
• Have thorough knowledge of the OODC Kids Club daily and weekly activities, schedules, themes and packages.
• Have thorough knowledge of all children friendly areas and activities around the resort and the water park to assist with any requests.

About You:

• Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, co-workers, and management to their understanding.
• Minimum of 1 year in Montessori, Kindergarten or any kids\' clubs. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for the position.
• Knowledgeable and interested in handling kids and kids\' activities.
• Computer literate
• Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
