Job Responsibilities:
Develops, coordinates and evaluates programs and projects to promote student /alumni relations and educational programs designed to connect through academic channels such as programs/faculties
Plans, coordinates, and attends events, meetings, or other activities as requested.
Identifies, cultivates, and steward's alumni and volunteers. Helps current (student) volunteer leadership to identify potential new volunteers and future leadership.
Coordinates and produces reports on traces study, proposals, and analyses for management OR other related purposes such as auditing ISO /MQA, to include and planning budget to actual reviews of areas of programmatic responsibility, periodic reports to reflect relevant data gathering and analysis, and post-event reports and recommendations.
Develops, sustains, and strengthens alumni chapters which focus is on establishing and maintaining connections through academic/lifelong learning programs etc.
Collaborates with companies/agencies link on programs which engage or expose alumni through industries relevance
Collaborates with appropriate staff from the UGM faculties to share information on events and alumni engagement opportunities.
Develops and presents educational programs for alumni, including lectures, seminars, and workshops.
Coordinates and trains volunteers who work on events, projects and programs.
Represents the organization at various community and/or business meetings, committees, and task forces; promotes existing and new programs and/or policies.
Serves on committees relating to student, alumni relations, and serves as liaison between UGM and the community.
May supervise and train lower graded staff, student employees, volunteers, and/or interns, as appropriate.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor/Master Degree in Counselling or related field
Must be a licensed and registered counsellor with [Lembaga Kaunselor Malaysia]
Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in counselling, student welfare, or student support services.
Excellent communication skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach, motivate, and guide students from diverse backgrounds.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
