Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor of Degree and above in counselling field.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply as a Trainee Counseling Officer.
• Registered counsellor is an advantage.
• Proficient in Mandarin. Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
• Enjoys in helping people for self-development
• Possess own transport

Responsibilities

• Conduct telephone, online and face to face counselling session
• Plan & conduct education & training programs
• Giving speech & conducting camp to school students & teenagers
• Assisting in handling customer care services & training programs
• Supporting daily administrative function & operations
