Key Responsibilities

A. Counseling (SAD - Stress, Anxiety, Depression)

Conduct 45-60 minute counseling sessions. Identify emotional triggers and behavior patterns. Complete session documentation within 24 hours. Perform follow-ups & coordinate with Hakeema when needed.
B. E-Book / Educational Material Development

Prepare content for conferences. Conduct research, draft chapters & submit for review. Complete e-book within project timeline.
C. Counseling Program Management

Plan program modules and session flow. Send invitations, track attendance & facilitate sessions. Collect feedback and prepare program reports.
D. Sales Collaboration (Closer Role)

Receive prospects from sales team. Conduct needs assessment (Know Your Client). Support ethical closing of wellness packages. Follow up after client onboarding.
E. Reporting & Benchmarking

Prepare weekly and monthly reports. Develop dashboard and quarterly presentation for management.

Requirements

Master's degree

in

Counseling / Psychology

or equivalent. Strong communication, empathy and active listening skills. Capable of facilitating group counseling programs. Able to prepare structured modules and content. Basic understanding of sales psychology (training provided). Good documentation & reporting skills.
