Assemble products according to cashier orders.
Prioritize hygiene and cleanliness, including using food handling tools like tongs and scoops.
Prepare standby products as per projections.
Ensure product quality and check label validity before serving.
Practice Clean As You Go during routine duties.
Monitor and replenish stock, including ice cubes, juices, premix products, cutlery, and condiments. Report critical stock levels to the MOD. Follow FIFO for stock replenishment.
Adhere to Counter Opening & Closing Procedures.
Stay at the counter unless permitted, ensuring cleanliness, working equipment, and product replenishment before shift handover.
Maintain a clean and tidy counter at all times.
Assist in general store cleaning and maintenance.
