Tanggungjawab

• Skilled in customer service, consistently offering courtesy and greetings.
• Assemble products according to cashier orders.
• Prioritize hygiene and cleanliness, including using food handling tools like tongs and scoops.
• Prepare standby products as per projections.
• Ensure product quality and check label validity before serving.
• Practice Clean As You Go during routine duties.
• Monitor and replenish stock, including ice cubes, juices, premix products, cutlery, and condiments. Report critical stock levels to the MOD. Follow FIFO for stock replenishment.
• Adhere to Counter Opening & Closing Procedures.
• Stay at the counter unless permitted, ensuring cleanliness, working equipment, and product replenishment before shift handover.
• Maintain a clean and tidy counter at all times.
• Assist in general store cleaning and maintenance.
