Job Description


The Country Brand Manager (CBM, Paxlovid) is accountable for the Paxlovid and its brand and portfolio strategies. This role requires the CBM to manage the end to end process of brand tactical plan and investment budget for advertising & promotion (A&P) aligned to country, regional and global model. The CBM is also accountable for the P&L of the brands in accordance with the company\xe2\x80\x99s and brands\xe2\x80\x99 strategic direction. Part of the responsibilities, the CBM collaborates effectively with various cross functional team members in order to implement and execute best-in-class GTM and tactical plans including customer engagement for Paxlovid\xe2\x80\x99s prioritized segment.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities Include:

Strategy

  • Build and update cross functional platform to ensure the deliverable
  • Develop and drive the brand strategies aligned with global, region and country
  • Initiate and lead brands\xe2\x80\x99 related initiatives and drive functional accountability to meet the agreed timeline and quality of works.
  • Develops proper remediation plans for identified risks when applicable with strong agility
Operational and Business Performance
  • Makes strategic decisions to prioritize activities should there is any stretch situation through a rigorous coordination with key stakeholders
  • Forecast brand and portfolio performance and track progress towards target.
  • Accountable to all relevant areas relating to brands; i.e. supply forecast, pricing, KOLs development, and hospital/institution listing plan, etc
  • Cross-functional brand leadership including sales, marketing, medical, access, legal, compliance, corporate affairs, regulatory, supply, communications, etc to ensure plans and programs are effectively executed with available resources.
People and Leadership
  • Functionally coached by CBL Comirnaty who is also a Covid Franchise Lead in Malaysia
  • Administratively report to MISP Marketing Lead for Primary Care
  • Defines and build the right capabilities of brand manager to align with evolving business strategy

QUALIFICATIONS

Indicate qualifications that are job related, consistent with business necessity and necessary for the performance of an essential function of this role including: education/licenses/certifications, relevant experience (where legally permissible), technical and/or other job-related skills.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Bachelor\'s Degree; Master degree or MBA desired
  • Expect candidates to demonstrate these commercial /management competencies in strategic and operational business planning
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills internally and externally
  • Able to work in a cross-functional environment as a team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to persuade, negotiate or influence others

In good mental and physical health to ensure ability of managing stress and frequent travelling for customer meetings as well as internal cluster meetings and various above market meetings
