Join Roche, where every voice matters.The PositionThe PositionAs an ASPIRE SME you actively contribute to the successful implementation of the ASPIRE Global Templates together with SAP S4Hana in the companies supported by RSS. You closely work together with the Regional Deployment Team, IT teams and the RSS Operations colleagues impacted by the separate waves of the Program.Key ResponsibilitiesOnboardingMain focal contact for SAP S4Hana for CCAAttending Project meetingsCollaborating with the Program, embracing its vision, reviewing documents, global templates, and tools, and participating in workshops for complex scenarios including data mapping.Impact assessmentEngaging with CCA colleagues and actively contributing to Fit To Template workshops, articulating critical local business and reporting needs.Data mappingContributing to master data scoping and migration including data enrichment and data migration dress rehearsal, including identification & collaboration with data owners.TestingExecuting or reviewing the execution of UAT and "Day in Life" simulation in collaboration with Operations colleaguesTrainingCoordinating and deliver end-users trainingBusiness CutoverParticipating in business readiness activities and coordinating continuity plans within Operations.Monitor deployment incident tickets and resolution.Post Go-live activitiesUpdating process documentation and providing post go-live support in collaboration with the Regional Deployment Team and IT.Potential area of support extensionCo-ordinate with SSC KL Finance teams (AP, PEC, CRM, CLA, , EMDM, T&E, Compliance and Procurement) and execute month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities to ensure timely and accurate closure of accounts in compliance with month-end close checklist.Perform analytical review of profit and loss accounts and balance sheet, accountable for the financial accuracy of the affiliate\xe2\x80\x99s Financials.Responsible of all Internal Controls of Financial Reporting (ICFR) documentation and internal controls matters, act as owner for the ICFR tools \xe2\x80\x93 INVOLVE and BWISEReview monthly balance sheet reconciliation \xe2\x80\x93 follow up on open items and rectify any anomalies encountered.,Review other reporting packages accurately and within specified timeline i.e. Sustainability, Insurance reporting.Review of IFRS 16 Leasing related matters i.e SimSol /Planon .Review and provide approval for all manual journal entries for posting by SSC KL team.Preparation of statutory taxes calculations and reconciliation, including tax reporting and liaising with Tax Consultant.Preparation of audit related schedules and documentation, including liaising with the Auditor.Participate in any compliance audits and responding to audit queries.Identify, recommend and implement solutions in consultation with the management for continuous improvement opportunities in the areas of operation.Being the main contact person for SSC KL Finance teams for issue resolution for all financial matters.Being the main contact person for FM in the affiliates for all financial matters, requests and advisory.Qualification & Experience RequirementsA degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Commerce or equivalent. ACCA, CPA Australia or other accounting professional qualifications will be an added advantage.Minimum 5 years of working experience in related field and minimum 3 years In accountant role / audit experience.Knowledge of accounting principles and practices; financial reporting, audit and taxation.Proficiency in relevant accounting software preferably SAP knowledge, S4Hana experience and MS office tools.Meticulous, independent, proactive and ability to execute tasks within tight deadlines.Strong communication skills, expressing ideas and expectations in a clear and concise mannerProven track record of effective relationship and stakeholder management with diverse populations (customers, colleagues and senior leaders)Proficiency in influencing skillsComfortable working in a dynamic, changing and growing environment.The ability to operate effectively across diverse cultural and business environments.Able to commit for business travel when required.Global project management experience (e.g. system implementation, migration) is desirableWho we areAt Roche, more than 100,000 people across 100 countries are pushing back the frontiers of healthcare.
