Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the marketing department and ensure strategic alignment with business

goals

- Evaluate and develop comprehensive marketing strategies and annual plans

- Plan, direct, and coordinate marketing efforts across all channels

- Communicate marketing plans and performance metrics to stakeholders

- Research market demand and analyze customer behavior

- Conduct competitor research to inform positioning and strategy

- Collaborate with sales to develop pricing strategies that balance profit and customer

satisfaction

- Identify potential customer segments and growth opportunities

- Develop promotional campaigns with advertising managers

- Manage budgets, expenditures, ROI, and financial projections

- Compile and maintain product and service offering lists

- Lead advertising campaigns across digital and traditional platforms

- Build brand awareness and strengthen market positioning

- Support sales and lead generation initiatives

- Coordinate marketing projects from concept to completion

- Organize company events, trade shows, and conferences

- Oversee social media strategy and content marketing execution

Job Requirements

-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's

preferred)

-Minimum 8-10 years of leadership experience in marketing, sales, or general

management

-Proven track record in strategic planning, brand development, and market expansion

-Strong understanding of budgeting, ROI analysis, and financial forecasting

-Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

-Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects

-Proficient in market research, competitor analysis, and pricing strategy development

-Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, and content strategy

-Ability to organize high-impact events, conferences, and promotional campaigns

-Strong analytical mindset with decision-making agility in dynamic environments

-Multilingual proficiency (English/Chinese/Malay/Japanese) is an advantage

Pay: RM25,000.00 - RM30,000.00 per month
