About our client: Our client is a well-known MNC within the chemicals solutions and services industry. Currently, they are looking for a Country Human Resources Manager (MY) to lead their HR team. This role will be managing the end-to-end HR strategies and operations for the business in Malaysia. Key Responsibilities: Lead and guide a team of 2 HR team members in managing day to day HR operations as well as to implement HR strategies for the overall betterment of the organization. Lead, manage and oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment & talent acquisition, training & development, performance management, payroll management, total rewards, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, experience & satisfaction, and industrial relations. Act as a trusted strategic Business Partner to all business unit leaders, providing advisory and counsel whenever necessary and to establish and maintain a positive work environment. Lead, propose and drive the improvement, development and implementation of HR strategies, policies and procedures and their dissemination through employee handbook / staff communication. Prepare and analyse HR metrics data/reports in conformance with legislated requirement and company\'s needs in recommending and implementing HR related improvements. Manage disciplinary/misconduct cases and grievances in compliance with the Employment and Industrial Relation Act. Key Requirements: Bachelor\'s Degree in Social Science / Psychology / Communications or equivalent At least 10 years\' of experience in full spectrum HR and business partnering Have experience and willing to work in a small team and lean environment; someone who cherish the freedom and flexibility to be able to define their own agenda at work Demonstrated capability in adapting and innovating HR practices and solutions and right sizing them to the needs of the company. Results-driven, agile, change agent with the commitment and confidence to assume a leadership role in an evolving and transforming environment. Drive change initiatives with limited resources and roll-up your sleeves attitude to achieve desired results. Demonstrated success at cultivating strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and creating partnerships at all levels within the organization to achieve results.
