You\'ll be well-connected in the education sector, passionate about supporting educators, and adept at leading teams. Mastery in marketing and social media is essential for increasing our brand presence, while your entrepreneurial mindset and educational expertise will drive strategic product development.This role demands quick thinking and strategic planning to navigate the evolving education landscape effectively.Key Responsibilities:Educational Leadership and Market Understanding:

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the private education landscape and the evolving needs of private educators and learners in the Primary education sector.
  • Forge strong relationships with decision-makers and educators across the country, positioning Twinkl as the go-to resource provider.
  • Develop segment-specific strategies that align with Twinkl\'s overarching goals, leveraging insights into market needs and trends.
Product development:
  • Lead the development and improvement of resources designed for educators in private schools in China.
  • Lead a team, motivating them to excel and encouraging innovation and teamwork.
  • Use your entrepreneurial mindset to find new opportunities, lead important projects, and drive Twinkl\'s growth forward.
Marketing and Brand Awareness:
  • Use your expertise in marketing and social media to boost Twinkl\'s brand awareness and connect with our target audience effectively.
  • Build relationships with local organisations and influencers to broaden our brand\'s reach and credibility in the market.
  • Strategically highlight Twinkl\'s products to align with educators\' needs.
  • Analyse marketing data to assess campaign success and refine strategies as needed.
Business Growth and Performance:
  • Achieve revenue targets, new customer acquisition goals, and other key performance indicators.
  • Monitor market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions to drive growth.
  • Provide regular reporting on market performance and progress towards business objectives.
Requirements:To success in this role, you will have a combination of the following:
  • Thorough knowledge of the Chinese private education market and customer needs.
  • At least 3 years experience teaching in primary private school settings in China.
  • Understanding of marketing and social media platforms in China, with a focus on increasing brand engagement and driving user acquisition.
  • Excellent written and verbal Mandarin skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong decision-making skills and ability to seize opportunities.
  • Commercial acumen with a strategic mindset and risk-taking ability.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
  • Highly organised with a focus on execution and results.
  • Passion for education and a commitment to Twinkl\'s mission of supporting those who teach.
Our recruitment process:If your application is successful, you will be invited to the following stages: * A screening call with the recruiter - this will be a video call in English via Google Meet to discuss your experience and the role.
  • A pre-interview task - a writing task via Google Slides about your market knowledge
  • A video interview with the hiring team - a 1-hour maximum interview video call via Google Meet, held in English
