Country Manager (healthcare)

Job Description
Your immediate task will be to develop a business roadmap that would lead to ambitious growth plans in the next few years. Working closely with the regional leadership team, you will grow the Malaysian business in terms of scale and commercial results all while maintaining a high level of services to customers.
- Commercially expand the company through identifying new customers and developing existing key customer relationships.
- Collaborate across internal teams to ensure full utilisation of resources. This includes staff training & retention, efficient supply chain processes and comprehensive customer experience.
- Participate in business development activities such as business pitches and joint customer brainstorming sessions.
- Maintain optimal performance of the entire business through KPI setting and tight controls.
- Senior leadership experience in general management within the healthcare, pharmaceutical or medical devices industry.
- Effective cross-level stakeholder management, across internal teams and external customers.
- Able to develop business roadmaps with a track record of delivering strong commercial results.
- Experienced in developing and retaining strong internal talents. Be able to build effective teams with external talent.
You will lead a major market in the company\'s portfolio, working with a wide range of brands that are market leaders in their own field. As the company continues on its growth path, you will get the chance to influence the development of the Malaysian market and display your commercial skills through achieving ambitious targets. You will be empowered to be a complete business owner, with the support of the company to independently run the Malaysian business.
