Through our mobile application, customers can easily book reliable service providers ("Taskers") for a variety of services such as home cleaning, air conditioner maintenance, and other household needs.

Job Responsibilities

Market Entry & Business Expansion: Develop and execute a successful market entry and expansion strategy in Malaysia. Operations & Team Leadership: Recruit, manage, and oversee the local team, including hiring, training, and performance management of key roles (RT, CS, Marketing). Business Development & Partnerships: Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, service providers, and corporate clients. Financial & Performance Management: Set financial targets, manage budgets, and ensure profitability by optimizing operations and revenue streams. Marketing & Customer Growth: Develop and implement localized marketing strategies to attract users and recruit service providers. Regulatory Compliance & Legal Matters: Ensure compliance with business laws, licensing requirements, and labor regulations in Malaysia. Customer Experience & Service Quality: Monitor service quality, gather user feedback, and continuously improve customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Minimum 5+ years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in startups, tech, or service industries. Proven track record in business expansion, market entry, and P&L management. Strong leadership skills with the ability to recruit, train, and manage a local team. Experience in partnership development and stakeholder management. Understanding of Malaysia's business landscape, labor laws, and consumer behavior. Excellent communication skills in English and Malay
